By accessing and using Archer’s Home Improvements' website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Archer’s Home Improvements and its clients and ensure transparency in service delivery.
1. Services Archer’s Home Improvements provides handyman and home improvement services, including but not limited to TV mounting, drywall repair, tile backsplash installation, door installation, fence and gate repairs, and kitchen and bathroom fixture replacements. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Pricing and Payments A flat minimum service fee of $150 applies to all handyman services. Additional charges may be incurred based on the complexity of the project, required materials, and labor. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Any unpaid balances may be subject to late fees.
3. Estimates and Quotes Estimates provided by Archer’s Home Improvements are based on the initial assessment and may be subject to adjustments based on unforeseen circumstances. We strive to offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Clients must approve any changes to the original estimate before additional work is performed.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Archer’s Home Improvements reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or material shortages.
5. Warranty and Liability We guarantee quality workmanship and use of professional-grade materials. If any issues arise due to workmanship within 30 days of service completion, we will address and correct them at no additional cost. Archer’s Home Improvements is not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or damages resulting from work performed based on incorrect client-provided information.
6. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide a safe and accessible work environment. This includes clearing work areas, securing pets, and disclosing any potential hazards. Archer’s Home Improvements is not responsible for damages caused by hidden conditions or client negligence.
7. Privacy Policy We value client privacy and will not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to complete services or as required by law. Client contact details may be used for service-related communication and promotional purposes.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Texas.
